Course will discuss the insurance commissioner's perceptions of the activities and operation of insurance coverages from both a legal and coverage perspective.  Learn about the ethical portion and impact both to the insured, agent, insurance carrier and society. The course will discuss the trends and some ethical cases to determine what were the best techniques to use in an agency to protect the consumer and agent.  Coverage limits to carriers and the commitment and consciousness in reasoning and judgment skills.
