The PIA Western Alliance in partnership with Softech, is please to offer PIA Members nationwide access to Instant motor vehicle reports at a discounted rate.

The power of the PIA Western Alliance and Softech “State of the Art” web-based service provides members an affordable solution to quickly access MVR’s to complete the underwriting process for new business.

Softech’s web-based platform enables PIA member to access motor vehicle reports anywhere in the Nation for a flat fee of just $0.75 (cents) per report, plus the state fee.  There are no monthly fees and no cost for duplicate orders.  Using this service through the PIA provides a huge discount over those agents using this product on a direct basis.

Step One - Getting Started – Creating Your Account:

In order for PIA members to use this service they must first establish an account with Softech.  Once you complete the sign up process Softech’s staff will activate your account within 12 hours.  Softech will e-mail your account information allowing you access to the program where you can begin ordering motor vehicle reports immediately.  

On the 5th of each month Softech will bill your agency for the number of reports you’ve ordered.  Softech will sweep the money you owe for the reports from your account via ACH.  You can monitor all agency activity with Softech including the number of reports ordered and all ACH transaction by logging into to the web site.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Softech at: (888) 318-7979 ext 1.
