Market Access Program (MAP) Agents wishing to access the PIA Market Access Program for personal lines must purchase the personal lines multi rater and must pay by credit card. Agencies wishing to access the MAP for commercial lines do not need to purchase the multi rater but will be charged a $25 transaction fee for each bound policy under $1000. However, agents using the multi rater for commercial lines will not be charged the transaction fee.

The PIA Western Alliance offers personal lines from Hartford, Liberty(Safeco), Travelers, Met Life and Encompass.
