The quick indication form should be used only for basic BOP (businessowner's policies). Fill out the questions on the 24/24 Quick Indication Form and submit it. One of our underwriters will be in contact within 24 business hours with an indication as to whether we can write your business, and an approximate premium. This is a premium indication only. Completed ACORD applications will be required for a firm and bindable quote.
