Nicole Broch, CIC, CISR, PLCS
Nicole Broch spent over a decade as an Independent Insurance and manager of a successful partnership between a community financial institution and a local independent agency in Springfield Illinois. She attended the Hartford School of Insurance and achieved her National Underwriter awarded Personal Lines Coverage Specialists (PLCS) designation in 2005. She went on to receive the National Alliance CISR designation in 2007 and CIC designation in 2009. Nicole's business focus is the ethical sales and service of personal lines, small commercial and small first and agri-tourism products.
Nicole teaches National Alliance CISR Modules, Errors & Omissions, Ethics and customer service and professional development topics. She frequently teaches for the IIAI as well as other IIA's and PIAs, insurance carriers, and trade associations throughout the country. Nicole is actively involved in all levels of the IAIP, International Association of Insurance Professionals, the Greenview Community Improvement Association and other community Boards and committees.
