The PIA’s focus is on strengthening the independent agency system. Our members who volunteer their time and talent understand that the advantages to serving strengthen the industry as a whole.

Volunteering with the PIA is a great way to get to know what the association is all about, meet and get to know other members and be part of an association that supports you and your business.

The PIA has 1 Board of Directors called the Western Alliance. The Western Alliance has representation from all 4 affiliate Organizational chapters. Western Alliance members have served at the organizational level so they all understand the local issues to which the Western Alliance operates as a whole.

The PIA Organizational chapters operate within their affiliates jurisdictions focusing on local issues affecting agencies in their area. All local chapters actively work to bring the best and the brightest agents into the PIA family.

Affiliate Organizational Chapter opportunities include:

• Montana
• Group States: Arizona | California | Nevada | New Mexico

The PIA also has various committees that are solely focused on events and education programming for the association. Your expertise to guide the planning stages of our annual programs and education is what makes PIA known for outstanding programming.
