Oregon Chapter Leadership

The PIA of Oregon is actively seeking chapter leaders who are passionate about the independent agency system and ready to make a difference.

Each chapter can seat up to four representatives at the state level, where members collaborate on key industry issues, support association initiatives, and advocate for independent agents statewide. The commitment is manageable with at least 2 virtual meetings per year, an optional in-person gathering, and a two-year term.

The ask is minimal and the reward is real. If you've ever wanted to make your voice heard beyond your local market, this is your chance to lead, connect, and help shape the future of the independent agency community you care about.
