CREW.org Earthquake Guides Expands to the PIA Western Alliance States of Montana, Idaho and Alaska

CREW.org has been working to help independent insurance agents understand earthquake insurance so they can better inform their clients about the need for such insurance.

The group consulted geologists, insurance professionals (including you!), and engineers to create the template and to customize the state guides to provide agents and their clients with a succinct, non-technical introduction to the earthquake hazard and point out potential risk factors to consider when making decisions about earthquake insurance and damage-mitigation measures.

And those of you in the know are well aware the states in this series have a high to very high earthquake hazard.

State earthquake guides are now available for independent insurance agents in the PIA Western Alliance states of Montana, Idaho and Alaska and in Utah. The new guides are modeled on the Oregon and Nevada pilot guides that CREW produced last year.
