Hybrid Work — Gen Z Loves and Wants it

Generation Z — 1997 to the present — prefer hybrid work to exclusively remote work, or in office work. With that, Gen Z becomes the generation that is the least likely to prefer remote work to work in an office.
This according to a Gallup poll done in May of this year. These are the statistics. The link at the bottom of this story gives more detail.
Just 23% of Gen Z workers prefer fully remote work. That compares to 35% of the older generations.
The preferred work location by generation:
Gen Z (1997 to present)
- Exclusively remote: 23%
- Hybrid: 71%
- On-site: 6%
Millennials (1980 to 1996)
- Exclusively remote: 35%
- Hybrid: 60%
- On-site: 4%
Gen X (1965 to 1979)
- Exclusively remote: 35%
- Hybrid: 56%
- On-site: 9%
Baby Boomers (1946 to 1954)
- Exclusively remote: 35%
- Hybrid: 54%
- On-site: 10%
