Meet PIA National CEO Mike Skiados — WSRB  Webinar

On November 4th, the Washington Surveying & Rating Bureau (WSRB) hosted a webinar featuring PIA National CEO Mike Skiados. The title of the PIA National CEO’s appearance is, What I Learned Across America. 

Skiados vowed to tour the country and visit the PIA chapters throughout the country when took the reins of PIA National a year or so ago. He kept his word and the WSRB webinar — hosted by WSRB CEO & President Karl Newman — focused on Skiados’ impressions of the boards and membership of the different states in the association.

As you’ll see when you watch the video on the link below, Skiados is very impressed with the people, and the leadership, of the PIA.

PIA Western Alliance Executive Vice President Kim Legato likes Skiados’ approach to managing the association. She notes that Skiados is a forward-thinking manager whose ideas and energy are exactly what the PIA needs.

“Members of the PIA Western Alliance board, and the leadership of our individual states, and staff met with him last November on his Northwest portion of the tour,” she said. “We found his ideas and energy to be exactly what the PIA needs. I encourage everyone reading this to spend 40 or so minutes and watch the webinar. You’ll likely have the same impression I’ve had meeting with him several times over the last year.”

Skiados covers a lot of ground in this short webinar.

“He addresses issues the former PIA leadership ignored for way too long,” Legato added. “Using the slogan, Be Better Together, his goal is to move this association forward. And his first year as CEO has accomplished just that.”
