Risk Managers — Double-Digit Pay Hikes

The Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) released information on risk manager salaries. RIMS CEO Gary LaBranche said the compensation hike in the last decade has more than doubled. Here’s a peek at what RIMS found:

Compensation 2025: $160,000

Compensation 2023: $144,300

Compensation 2015: $115,000

As you can see, the compensation rose 11% in the two years between 2023 and 2025.
