Surplus Lines — 2022 Numbers 19% Higher than 2021

Surplus lines premiums have risen significantly for the last five years. The official numbers for 2022 have now been calculated by AM Best. The 2022 hike was 19.2% higher than 2021.
The official dollar figure is $98.5 billion.
