The Annual PIA National - PropertyCasualty360.com Independent Agent Survey

The annual PIA National - PropertyCasualty360.com independent insurance agent survey is underway. In the past, the survey was done with PC360’s parent company, National Underwriter.

PIA National says “Today’s P&C insurance professionals must navigate fluctuating market conditions, an evolving regulatory environment, new and difficult risk-mitigation scenarios, recruitment challenges, and competition from new entrants into the business.”

The national association says agents and brokers often get help from each other.

“In the spirit of such professional camaraderie, PropertyCasualty360 and the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA National) are pleased to collaborate on the 2025 Independent Insurance Agent Survey,” PIA National said in its article. “This annual research project generates valuable, actionable business insights for insurance professionals. The 2025 questionnaire delves into the nature of each respondent’s insurance enterprise as well as the impact of big-picture issues affecting the insurance world as a whole.”

In all the survey will only take a few minutes to complete and all responses are confidential and anonymous.
