Washington — Pre-publication draft posted for consolidated health care rulemaking: The Office of the Insurance Commissioner released a prepublication draft for the Consolidated health care rule. The commissioner is considering amending multiple Washington Administrative Code sections to address changes in state law and to ensure a well-functioning health insurance market.
