When it comes to worrying about cybersecurity, residents in Virginia are the most worried. That’s the conclusion of research done by the IT management firm, NinjaOne.
The company’s research found there are 654.78 monthly searches per 100,000 residents in Virginia. Cyber topics average 56,858 per month in the state with scams and topics related to scams accounting for 12,128 searches each month.
The PIA Western Alliance state of Washington is the ninth most concerned state in the union. Hawaii — the newest PIA Western Alliance state — ranks 10th. Just out of the top 10 is the PIA Western Alliance state of Oregon.
Average monthly searches for the rest of the top 10:
1. Mississippi
Mississippi is the state that is least concerned about cybersecurity with just 386.23 searches per month per 100,000 people.
