Liberty Mutual Insurance will discontinue is errors and omissions program for property/casualty insurance agents beginning Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026. The change will affect Liberty E&O policy holders who currently obtain their agency E&O coverage through Liberty Mutual.

PIA Western Alliance has established a dedicated transition team to support policy holders whose E&O coverage is affected by Liberty Mutual’s decision. Our team serves as a resource, answers questions, and provides guidance and assistance as agents approaching their E&O renewal dates.
